The national turnout for the election of members of the People’s Communal Assemblies and Provinces (APC / APW) has reached 4.12% at 10 am, while it reached 3.90% in provincial assemblies, said Saturday the President of the National Independent Authority for the Elections (ANIE), Mohamed Charfi.
