Minister of Tourism and Handicrafts receives Zimbabwean Ambassador to Algeria

The Minister of Tourism and Handicrafts, Yacine Hammadi, received in Algiers the Ambassador of Zimbabwe, Mr. Fusumuzi Ntunga, and the two parties discussed opportunities to strengthen bilateral relations in the field of tourism and handicrafts, as relayed, today, Tuesday, by a Ministry’s statement.

The statement indicated that the Minister of Tourism and Handicrafts, Yacine Hammadi, received yesterday, Monday, December 19, at the ministry’s headquarters, the Zimbabwean ambassador to Algeria, Fusumuzi Ntunga, “the meeting allowed them to discuss opportunities to strengthen cooperation relations between the two countries in the field of tourism and handicrafts.”

After praising the level of distinguished relations between the two countries, the statement adds, “The two parties expressed their desire to activate inter-economic cooperation, especially in the field of tourism and handicrafts, as well as encouraging mutual participation in events and exhibitions dedicated to tourism and handicrafts organized in the two countries.”

During these talks, the two sides also expressed “the importance of intensifying efforts to expand the horizons of cooperation and upgrade the partnership between the two countries, especially in the field of tourism and hotel training,” according to the same source.
