Minister of Energy and Mines Mohamed Arkab will take part, via video link on Wednesday, in the 47th meeting of the OPEC-non-OPEC Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee (JMMC), the ministry said Tuesday in a statement.
During this meeting, the ministers of oil in the Follow-up Committee will have to examine the conditions and short-term prospects of the world oil market, the same source said.
JMMC members will also have to “ensure compliance with the voluntary production limitation commitments of the countries of the Declaration of Cooperation by December 2022”, the statement added.
