The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdlemadjid Tebboune, appointed today, Monday Professor Chems Eddine Chitour and Benalia Belhouadjeb, as members of the Council of the Nation (Upper House) under the presidential third , the Presidency of the Republic said Monday in a statement.
The statement said “In accordance with Articles 91 (paragraph 07) and 121 (paragraph 03) of the Constitution and the presidential decree signed on 25 Chaaban 1443, corresponding to 28 March 2022, the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune appointed Professor Chems Eddine Chitour and Benalia Belhouadjeb members of the Council of the Nation (Upper House) under the presidential third”.
