The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune gave, during the Council of Ministers meeting on Sunday, instructions to complete the facilities of the Great Mosque of Algiers and equip it fully, said the Council of Ministers in a statement.
The same statement indicated that, “the President of the Republic, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and Minister of National Defense, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, chaired, today, Sunday, a cabinet meeting, and after he listened to the presentation of the Prime Minister on the outcome of the government activity, and the various presentations included in the agenda, Mr. President gave his instructions and directives to complete all aspects related to the delivery of the various structures of the Mosque of Algiers and the completion of its equipment according to the quality standards required by the status of this spiritual institution.”
The statement added that: “After the initial approval of the proposed texts for organizing the Mosque of Algiers at the scientific and administrative levels and placing it under the aegis of the Prime Minister, instructions were given to raise the level of training of administrators, and the executives charged with serving this building in cooperation with various partners with experience in running similar facilities.” .
