President of the Republic, Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of National Defence, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, chairs on Tuesday a meeting of the Council of Ministers on two bills related the prevention and repression of the illicit use and trafficking of narcotics and psychotropic substances, as well as the conditions and modalities of granting economic land in the private domain of the State, in addition to a presentation on practical measures to limit the phenomenon of carbon monoxide asphyxiation, said the presidency in a communiqué.
“Mr Abdelmadjid Tebboune, President of the Republic, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Minister of National Defence, chairs today a meeting of the Council of Ministers on two draft bills, the first relating to the prevention and repression of the use of and illicit trafficking in narcotics and psychotropic substances, and the second one on the conditions and modalities of granting economic land belonging in private domain of the State, intended for the realization of investment projects, in addition to a presentation on the practical measures to limit the phenomenon of carbon monoxide asphyxiation“, reads the communiqué.
