The Second Edition of the African Business Fair kicks off in Algiers

The second edition of the African Business Fair “SADA 2023” opened on Sunday at the Palais des Expositions in Algiers, with the participation of 80 exhibitors representing various sectors of activity.

This business event, held under the theme “Together for a Stronger Africa”, has the major objective of consolidating the economic partnership and trade between Algeria and the other countries of the continent, said the head of communication of the fair, Hassen Moali.

“SADA 2023 marks the new path of Algeria, as it aims to reconnect with its African depth, relying above all on the capacities of Algerian operators to prevail on the continent’s markets,” he said.

The event is an important opportunity to showcase Algerian products and capabilities to Africans attending the event, Moali said, adding that Algerian companies can seize new markets and conclude fruitful partnerships thanks to the “B to B” business meetings and workshops that will be organised.

Algerian exhibitors representing sectors such as energy and mining, agriculture, public works, pharmaceuticals, start-ups and logistics services will showcase their key products and discuss with their African counterparts the opportunities to enter the continent’s markets.

The responsible has pointed out, moreover, that many African companies can come to invest in Algeria and invest their capital, following the incentives granted in the framework of the new investment law.

This exhibition, which continues until next Tuesday, will also see the participation of some twenty diplomatic representations of African countries accredited in Algeria, said the same source.
