The progress achieved in housing operations during the year 2022 contributed to the transition, finally, from the stage of managing the “housing crisis” to the stage of managing housing requests, as the past year recorded the distribution of more than 400 thousand housing units of various forms across the country.
The year 2022 was par excellence “the year of housing ownership for citizens” in light of the dynamism witnessed by the distribution operations throughout the months of the year, and was especially strengthened on occasions bearing historical symbolic significance for the Algerian people, under the directives of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, as the sector worked to advance the pace of completion in Workshops and acceleration of works in residential units programmed for distribution.
