The Senegalese national football team won the African Cup of Nations title on Sunday evening for the first time in its history, after defeating Egypt 4-2 on penalties in the final match that opposed them at the Olympic Stadium in the Cameroonian capital.
It’s worth recalling that the original and extra times ended in a tie between the Egyptian and Senegalese teams.
