
Algerian swimmers Oussama Sahnoun and Djawad Sayoud won two gold medals on the fourth and penultimate day of the Arab Swimming Championships now taking place in Oran.
Sahnoun snatched the first place in the 100-meter freestyle race with a time of 49 sec and 21, while Sayoud won the 200-meter breaststroke race, which is not his specialty, with a time of 2 min 13 sec and 35, thus breaking a new Algerian record.
