The signing ceremony was chaired Minister of Culture and Arts, Malika Bendouda, in the presence of Secretary of state to the minister of Culture and Arts, in charge of Movie Industry and Cultural Production, Bashir Youssef Sehairi, and the President of the Algerian Confederation of Employers, Mohamed Nazir Bouabbas.
The agreement came within the framework of the Ministry of Culture and Arts strategy based on integrating culture and arts sector into economic action, and according to the economic recovery plan drawn up by the government.
As part of the strategy of the Ministry of Culture and Arts to integrate its sector into economic action, in application of government’s economic recovery plan, the agreement aims to create a “One Stop Shop” allowing investors to carry out projects in various fields of culture and arts.
