The National Railways Company announced, in a statement, issued today, Tuesday, a disturbance in the movement of suburban trains from Algiers, as well as long-line trains, due to an “unannounced” suspension of work by some train drivers.
The company informed its customers through its Facebook page that “the movement of suburban trains from Algiers towards Afroun, Thenia and Zeralda (round trip), as well as long-line trains, will witness a disturbance on Tuesday, February 1, 2022.”
It also added that this disturbance was due to “an unannounced suspension of work, by some train drivers which began at five in the morning (05:00)”.
