The Exhibition Palace (SAFEX) in Algiers, will host the first edition of the Salon of Education and Knowledge Technologies, from 25 to 29 October, under the auspices of the Ministry of Digitization and Statistics, the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Startups and Small Businesses, under the slogan: “Digitization in Teaching and learning service,” according to the organizers.
The same source added that the main objective of this exhibition is to employ digitization in the service of teaching and learning, in a world that is increasingly dependent on new technologies, as public and professional education systems tend to obtain new solutions and innovative tools and devices to facilitate access to knowledge, highlighting the efforts made by Algeria in the field of modernization and technological transformation, especially in the education sector.
This event will bring together educational institutions, universities, professional centers, schools and organizations that are active in the education and training sector, as well as various suppliers of solutions, equipment and tools that facilitate access to knowledge.
The exhibition will also be an opportunity to learn and discuss various topics, which will enable the participants to choose their tools and ways to carry out the work necessary for digitization and access to knowledge.
The first edition of Eductac will also be an opportunity for exhibitors, speakers and visitors to interact, participate and exchange experiences with doctors and professors in the field of digitization and education, who will lead seminars and workshops as well as panel discussions to exchange ideas.
The same source highlighted that the exhibition space for this event will be for IT companies active in the development ecosystem of the education and training sector, start-ups, equipment manufacturers, software publishers, suppliers and developers of software and digital applications, as well as schools and training centers from all over the national territory, and suppliers of teaching materials and school supplies.
