The President of the Algerian Red Crescent, Ibtissam Hamlaoui, visited today, Sunday, the wilaya of Tizi Ouzou, where she was received by the governor of the province.
The President visited the headquarters of the Algerian Red Crescent, which was recently reconfigured, accompanied by the governor.
Mrs. Hamalaoui also supervised the presentation of certificates to the outstanding students in the last training course for trainers in first aid.
It was agreed on a strategy to continue working by providing what is necessary within the framework of a warm winter campaign for needy families and taking care of homeless people, in addition to agreeing on the Ramadan program of the Algerian Red Crescent in the province.
