University of Djelfa: “Artificial Intelligence” in master’s phase during next academic year

The list of trainings in the master’s phase at the University of “Ziane Achour” in Djelfa will be broadened during the next academic year, with the inclusion of a new specialization which is artificial intelligence, according to the university’s management.

The University dean, El Hadj Ilam, affirmed, on the sidelines of the closing ceremony of the academic year, that the specializations list for the next year 2022/2023 will include artificial intelligence in the master’s phase, thus representing a real added value to the training branches included in the College of Science and Technology, in line with the labor market needs and the future challenges.

Ilam added that this challenge, which came to contribute to the expansion of the list of priority specializations, “will enable students to enhance their research and scientific capabilities in a qualitative specialization that has great attractiveness in the labor market, as it has an economic and scientific dimension.”

Meanwhile, the University dean underlined that the last academic year witnessed the organization of several scientific and sports events, the most important of which was the National Sports and Cultural Olympiad for disabled people, which was organized for the first time among the university community.

As part of the university’s activities during the 2022/2021 academic year, an exhibition of achievements and innovations was organized for the first time, which resulted in the presentation of 50 projects, in which students and university professors excelled. These projects can be supported to become small and medium enterprises that back the national economy.
