The Algerian Television Corporation organized a training course in the field of leadership for the benefit of the corporation’s executives.
This three-day training course is part of the Foundation’s program to develop the performance of its executives to acquire skills for effective management with setting goals in the medium and long term, with the participation of all stakeholders.
This course aims to teach managers to deal with the team as well as crises in accordance with the new approaches that are used in major international institutions, not only to achieve goals, but also to go beyond them and reach for the best, with well-thought-out strategies in which the whole team participates.
The course was for SMART learning institution specialized in communication, human resources and many other disciplines
This session was marked by the ceremony of handing over the certificates attended by the Director General of the Algerian Television Corporation, Chabane Lounakel, who confirmed that the institution aspires to develop the performance of its executives in order to practice all the skills they acquire in the field. He also stressed the investment in human resources as an effective element for the advancement of the institution.
